The Supervisory Board
Responsible for setting FreeMove’s strategy, the Supervisory Board ensures that the correct resources are in place to support delivery across all four members of the alliance.

Anne-Marie Thiollet (Orange)
Anne-Marie Thiollet is senior vice president of the Enterprise Line of Business and Global Sales and Marketing for Orange Business Services. For the Enterprise Line of Business (ELoB), Anne-Marie is in charge of boosting performance on the business-to-business market for France Telecom-Orange. Her responsibility runs from Soho customers to multinational customers, in all countries where the Group is present. In 2012, Anne-Marie was named senior vice president of Global Sales and Marketing. The ELoB and Global Sales and Marketing hold a wealth of expertise and best practices as well as a strong ability to promote sharing and partnership toward higher performance. The common leadership of both entities can help Orange Business Services meet its strategic goals for conquests 2015.
Prior to being promoted senior vice president of the ELoB in 2010, Anne-Marie managed the M2M program for the France Telecom Group and was director of Business-to-Business Marketing within the Enterprise Line of Business of Orange Business Services. From 2005-2008, Anne-Marie was director of the IP Advanced Services Business Unit within Orange Business Services, covering VoIP services for the multinational and French enterprise markets.
Anne-Marie was Mobile Marketing director for the enterprise market for Orange France from 2001-2005. She joined France Telecom in 1992 in the business-to-business division where she worked in the pre-sales organization of the large account division and then in the enterprise billing division.
Anne-Marie graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in 1989.

Giuseppe Tilia (TIM)
Giuseppe Tilia is Senior Director of Partner Alliances & Multinational Customers at Telecom Italia Business Division.
He has a long career in the Telco business, most of all in the marketing field where he begins as a Product manager in SIP (Società Italiana per le Telecomunicazioni), back in 1982.
From 1989 to 1991 he’s a consultant for major European and International Telco, then he decides to come back to a public company (1992), he becomes Marketing Director for British Telecom (Italian Branch) with the responsability of managing the launch of new services and products and building the indirect sales channel.
After the successful experience in the English incumbent, he returns in Telecom Italia where he holds various executive position in the Marketing field: first as Director of Voice and Data VAS portfolio (1993/94) then as VP Marketing of Corporate Customers (1994/2000).
In July 2000, he becomes the CEO of a new E-business unit within Datacom (TI’s start-up focused on data and web based solution for the Business Customers).
In 2004 he was appointed Executive Vice President for International Business Operations.
In 2006 he was appointed CEO of PathNet a Telecom Italia parent company focused on Government ICT Services.
In 2009 he was appointed Director of Government Sales Department.
In 2010 he was appointed Director of Partner Alliances & Business Enhancement.
Furthermore, he sits in the Board of Directors for various TI’s controlled companies and Confederation of Italian industries.

Elias Drakopoulos (Deutsche Telekom)
Elias Drakopoulos is currently Senior Vice President Business Excellence at Deutsche Telekom leading the B2B/ICT business for Europe and the global multinational corporation business for mobility services.
Prior to this he was Chief Technology & Operations Officer at OTE. From 2008 to 2010 he was Chief Commercial Officer for Enterprise & Business Services at OTE. From 2003 to 2008 he was General Manager Technology, Strategy & Development and then CEO at OTENET.
From 1998 to 2003 he held various executive positions at Lucent Technologies responsible for solutions, business development and marketing for Europe, based in London. From 1989 to 1998, he held various managerial positions at AT&T and Bell Laboratories in USA, where he was responsible for network & systems planning & design, and techno-economic analysis, while in parallel was adjunct Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
He holds a BSc in electrical engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and MSc and PhD degrees from Northwestern University, Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science in Evanston, Illinois, USA. He has postgraduate studies in business management and strategy at INSEAD, France.

Sverker Hannervall (TeliaSonera)
Sverker is Senior Vice President and Head of the Business Services sales division in Sweden and Finland at TeliaSonera and member of the TeliaSonera Group management.
The Business Services unit is responsible for marketing and sales of basic fixed and mobile telecom services as well as advanced integrated Unified Communications solutions to business customers in Sweden and Finland and multinational corporations in all Nordic countries.
Mr Hannervall has a long and broad experience both in the IT and the Telecom industry. Prior to joining TeliaSonera, he held the position of General Manager at Cisco Systems in Sweden and before that he was CEO of Trio AB. He also held a number of leading national and international positions with IBM, Telelogic and CODA. He also acts as an advisor to the private equity firm Innovationskapital AB. As an entrepreneur, Sverker founded a Swedish Oracle reseller in 1197.
Mr Hannervall has a Master of Science in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm.
The General Manager

Silke Hoesch
In her role as General Manager of FreeMove, Silke will provide visible leadership and a coordinated approach to the alliance, acting as the organisation's advocate with customers, partners and stakeholders. She is responsible for expanding the scope and range of FreeMove's portfolio of services, improve how the alliance identifies, approaches and works with customers and will focus on strong execution.Silke takes the post being formerly the Vice President Service Management Strategy of the Group Technology at Deutsche Telekom AG. She has developed an extensive experience in international business & expansion based on customer analyses. Her knowledge in managing strategic projects within large organisations is definitely an asset for leading the alliance.
Silke has joined Deutsche Telekom in 2006, working for T-Mobile International's CEO before taking over the lead of the Operating Office Europe and International Sales & Service. Before joining Deutsche Telekom, she gained project management experience in various assignments in the banking and automotive industry.
Silke graduated from the Ruhr-University Bochum in Economics and Business Administration. She has also later on followed the International Management Program at the St. Gallen Management Institute in Luzern and Boston.
The Management Board
Overseeing the day-to-day management of FreeMove, the Management Board guarantees a coordinated approach to managing accounts, the flawless operation of our products and the innovation of new services to our customers.

Igor Dolfin (Orange)
As Head of Sales Operations within Global Mobility Services, Igor has been responsible for sales performance since May 2011. The key objective of his current role is to accelerate growth of the Orange international mobility proposition and increase the efficiency of the sales and bid management organisation.
Prior to joining Orange Global Mobility Services, Igor has held management positions within Orange Business Services, Orange Mobile Netherlands and Cellway/Debitel, with a proven track record in sales management and new business sales within multinational telecommunication companies.
Igor holds a degree in Business Administration from Hogeschool, Eindhoven.

Mario Polosa (TIM)
Mario heads up the Top Sales Unit within the Top Clients Customer Department of Telecom Italia, including National and Multinational customers.
Having previously held various management position within Telecom Italia in Top Clients Sales and Business Innovation, Mario joined FreeMove in 2005 as representative for the Sales MNC Working Group, heading Telecom Italia’s Bid Management Teams for five years.
With a wide international experience, Mario holds a Masters in Information and Communication Technologies from the Politecnico University of Milan, and a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Axel Schaer (Deutsche Telekom)
After joining Deutsche Telekom Group as Vice President, Axel took charge of the German Project Management for Business Solutions Department within the joint Business Marketing and Sales Unit Mobile.
He was also involved in building the FreeMove Alliance from the very beginning, chiefly as a member and head of the Sales Working Group between 2003 and 2009, and since 2003 he has been running the international Pre-Sales Department for Bid and Project Management of Deutsche Telekom. Beginning his career as a management consultant with Gruber, Titze & Partner, Axel became Principal of Gemini Consulting Central Europe, and holds a degree in both Mathematics and Economics.

Karin Lundewall (TeliaSonera)
Karin serves as Senior Director at Commercial Development within TeliaSonera Mobility Services, focusing on Global B2B strategic sales and Nordic deals. In her role, she is responsible for leading the transition from technology oriented solutions towards customer insight driven business.
Previously, Karin held the role as Client Executive at TeliaSonera MNC Business Services with strategic sales responsibility for some of TeliaSonera's major multinational corporate accounts. Karin has over 10 years’ experience in B2B sales of ICT services in various management positions, as well as international experience when working at Unisource Mobile in Hong Kong launching the mobile operator Peoples Phone. Karin has also conducted business innovation within mobile industrial venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and mobile service provider operation.
Karin holds a degree in Master of Science in Business Administration and a MBA from Uppsala University in Sweden
